Well, I will try to add an article on health benefits of choclates.

About onion, you can use it in your fresh vegetable salad (Carrot, Cocumber, Beet), Chopped fine. Also add some boiled beans and grams in it. Sprinkle some black pepper, lemon juice and salt over it. It will taste good.

yes it's nice in salad. My son can grab an onion and eat it like an apple since he was a baby. And chillies - not me :)
