Even though I don't really like olives, because of its' strong taste, olive oil is one of the things you can add to your salad and meal overral.
I eat the same breakfast 6 days a week.
It consists of 5 eggs, some homemade sausage, and olive oil on the top with a salad.
You would be surprised how tasty that is.
And also healthy (healthy fats are really important for hormones).
I knew that olive oil has many health benefits, but I didn't know of the one with allergies.
I better tell that to my mom, because she is allergic to pollen, and the spring is coming.
No wonder the Roman empire used olives as ration for their troops. Thanks for the post.

Great info... Olives antioxidant properties have made them indispensable over time... Even in pharmaceuticals.... For those who don't know, antioxidants are the good stuffs that bind to the bad stuffs (free radicals) and make them easy to excrete by the body thus cleansing your body.
I must confess that I am not very fond of olives. There are many foods with great nutrients, properties and benefits that we do not know yet. Excellent your information.
