Gotta agree with ya here. Copy and paste a few facts, pull a few pictures and let the coins roll in. This could be done for every plant food but it doesn't really provide much of a perspective. En mí país se toma el "Tres en Uno". Se prepara Jugo de Naranja, Remolacha y Zanahoria y Miel o Azúcar.
Ingredientes:
1 litro de jugo de naranja natural.
1 zanahoria mediana.
1 remolacha mediana.
1 cucharadita de miel o azúcar (opcional)
Esta bebida es genial, rica, nutritiva y repotenciadora.
Imaginemos las propiedades de cada una de las frutas y la Miel.

And what a powerful vitamin for vision. I agree. The traditional orange colored carrots are the best though, i read somewhere.
Apparently their bright color comes from beta-carotene, an antioxidant that is ultimately converted to vitamin A in ones body.

perhaps carrots can lower cholesterol and thereby protect against ischemic stroke, but it will not protect the hemorrhagic stroke accurately. And on the remaining points of your post, I would like to argue. Do you have medical education?

I look up to Dr. Norman Walker a lot and though he has some quirks (don't we all : )) he saw the powerful healing potential of carrots. As the story goes, he was shredding some for patient and notices the juices coming out and accumulating on the cutting board. He knew those juices are what he really wanted and went on to create the Norwalk juice press, which began vegetable juicing as we know it today. Carrots are a profound blessing.
