I knew bananas were a great source for potassium, but I never realized bananas are a good anti-inflammatory. I stress this, because studies have been demonstrated inflammation is the number one culprit contributing to most diseases. Ginger is also a good anti-inflammatory. Great post.

During some tight budget times there would be days or weeks where bananas were the overwhelming majority of my calories. They're so versatile! I love mixing spirulina. I guess I love mixing just about everything with spirulina tho lol
