This is a good recipe if you want a curry in a hurry. If you want one with more flavour, cook the chicken on the bone for 40 minutes and then leave it to cool overnight. Curries are always best the next day, I also add potatoes (peeled and halved ) lovely and soft the next day and they absorb that lovely curry flavour and it goes further as well.

Hey, @cryptobiker! You are spot on! A nicely marinated curry will be awesome the next day. This recipe is more for those of us in a bit of a rush and a quick fix (especially given my bust schedule, lol). But yes, otherwise mixed with potatoes and the overnight absorption, it would be perfection! :)
