During this extra ten minutes after five minutes start to roll around the bed and get your muscles moving, get those joints primed.
So you have 8 seconds for a bathroom bio break or otherwise onto the floor for some 3 or 4 pushups. Exercise in the morning ramps up your metabolism generally for most of the day. So just a few pushups and some leg squats, forget situps they are 101 percent a waste of your precious time...
Grab a cup of coffee , coffee is just good ; sure some expert will tell you otherwise but understand most experts are to silly to listen to. Their scientific evidence is always strange and easily disputed by other experts. Some full cream milk over unprocessed oats or plain cereal; not the modern trashy marketing modified poisons. Now an apple, this has fiber and great chemicals of the natural type. This is your breakfast to wake you up and fuel your morning, a few different things to get you to morning tea.
Morning tea 2 different colored fruits (different colors in food mean different vitamins) at least 2 glasses of water to full you up and to reduce hunger. By stretching the stomach with water you feel fuller faster before eating. Water is Free and it reduces the number of calories you eat.
Lunch is whatever you like, coffee, potato chips, pizza or whatever you like, maybe peanut paste or whatever. Generally you eat whatever you like for lunch including trash. You are only human so have some comfort food to feel psychologically good and happy. Remember whatever you eat should make you mentally happy, this way you never feel guilty or like a slave to the rest of your daily diet.
A word about diets, they are stupid and pointless, never follow an official meal plan, never count calories and never restrict the types of food you like. The only thing you should avoid is the totally bad things, but if you love deep fried chicken then have a small portion. Just control the amount you consume and what sides or condiments you have with it. You have all afternoon to burn off and process this small amount of comfort food, at least your not going to bed with the crap in you as you if you had it for the evening meal.
So it is now dinner time ; lunch was about being naughty, now your day is done, you will be less active. So drink a couple of cups of water, frozen vegetables, greens, beans, rice, salad, fish, sausages, lean red meats, fish, chicken or turkey.
This is your main proteins for the day, but your mixing in your healthy carbohydrates as well. The damage young people are doing by doing a no carbs high protein diet is going to cause a hugely health damaged society in a couple of decades. If young people do not try and understand fundamental health laws prior to middle age, it will be game over for the majority of them. They will spend much of their advanced years sitting in health professionals waiting rooms ! ! !
Before bed a small snack probably high in fat to help you feel good ever night, yogurt or full cream milk; the emphasis is on a very small serving but something to help you feel full and get a quality nights rest.

eat things that make you feel good but make them tiny controlled servings not main meals, eat to feel good and help you stick to mainly consuming the healthier food-stuffs ! ! !
ditch the calorie counter, lose the scales, if you want to measure something measure how many Squats, Pushups or Chin-ups / Pull-ups you can do rather than what wasteful scales are telling you.
Then for the next day follow the meal plan just substitute the different things, take the supplements and ditch them but maybe a quality multivitamin is beneficial. Any omega 3 or Vit D or Calcium supplements you are taking are important to the marketing companies working for the manufacturers. It is not your job to support the economy so stop buying trash that just messes up your normal biological functionings ! ! !
