I am less than a week on steemit but there is a huge threat to freedom of speech on steemit. If there are DDos attacks I bet it is from those who have their posts removed for having a different opinion the few whales that seem to be co-founders.

I would argue since some make money on the comments and articles on steemit , that steemit is an industry. Fascism is a perfect word for suppressing and remove opposing opinions. So sad.. I hope it changes or atleast those who are suppressed do a hard fork to make their own forum. But I wish we could all just allow freedom even when we disagree with the opinions of others. Maybe down vote but removing a post would only be valid for legal reasons, not opinions.
