I lived there for three years it's so beautiful and I've been to that Whole Foods several times, always love me some Whole Foods.
Whole foods is a great place to buy healthy food. Walking is fantastic as a low impact exercise. It's a lot enjoyable to do it in a city since you can normally get to a lot of places without a car and it's more active in a city.

It's fun being in the city sometimes. I prefer nature more myself, but a big city, without a care in the world is fun. Feels like the world is your oyster

When in Miami, I stay probably 5 minutes from City Centre. Miami is great but if I were to move I definitely want to be near the ocean/beach and have that water view.. in a city environment like in upper Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles or South Pointe. You can have it all in Miami so.. go for it.
