Hi @technological thanks for dropping by. I see that. I don't mean to be rude too but as far as I can remember Gelato is the Italian word for ice cream. BTW for this recipe, I made a coppycat of Avocado Gelato from Selfridge. If you want you can look it up ( Avo-lato by Selfridges) Have a good day! :-)

Ok. I will look for it. Avocado has plenty of health benefits. It seems to be the perfect way to consume it on a regular basis.
