Ciao miei amati Steemiani! Hello my beloved Steemians! Today we're making this classic Italian-American Chicken Parmigiana. This recipe is loaded with Mozarella, parmesan and marinara sauce for a very tasty, comfort food you ever wanted.

Watch this video for a full recipe adventure!

I used my two mini cast iron pans which made it look very fantastic and enticing. It's definitely good for a single serving meal side with your favourite bread, eat it hot and enjoy the taste of creamy, melted mozarella parm in your mouth. Oh my I'm drooling.. Haha!

If you don't have these miniature cast iron pans, you can just use the basic baking pan you can grab from your kitchen and throw in your chicken parm and finish it on a cute plate garnished with basil or parsley and more marinara sauce!

Why I made this food video of Chicken Parmigiana?

Alright guys, before we jump into the recipe, for everyone to know, I made this video recipe as a thank you to @jazzhero for submitting my Mozzarella Burst Garden Special Buckwheat Pizza post in the @curie Author Showcase and to @randomwanderings for noticing it. So in behalf of the @curie I asked for a favorite dish to make through @randomwanderings and the request came in as Chicken Parmigiana! :)

Watch More of My Recipe VIDEOS!

I have to be honest with you guys. I don't really call it vain or self adornment but I am just addicted to watch my food videos. It feels like a meditation for me. I'm not talking about myself making the video itself but what actually it is is basically the sound and art in the kitchen. The sound of the fork, the spoon, the knife, the cutting board, the water, the mixing, the squeezing, the blending and everything in it sounds like in a grand symphony: a kitchen live music. For me, it is just sooo soothing. It's the reason why I put audio on my videos so you guys can experience a different way to watch too. So I wanna share you some of videos here:

Oh man, that's divine. Thanks for the tag, I easily get lost wandering around in Steemit hehe.

I'm sure @randomwanderings would envy me for having better chances of tasting this dish than he does haha. If you are currenty in PH.

I love your Japan-inspired pastries too btw.

Hello @jazzhero :) I wanna thank you for submitting my Mozarella Buckwheat Pizza post. I'm deeply honoured really. It means a lot to me as a newbie here. Being showcased in the Curie page did something amazing not just on my blog but also to me since I just started my food photography. Steemit is indeed a good place to be :)

Making the Sakura Anpan Video was so far the best experience that's why I like it too.

Yes I'm currently in the PH, around the BGC area.

No worries at all :) You really deserved the Curie upvote and feature. Hoped you got more followers through that. You're incredibly good like you've been doing this for years. Keep it up.

Oh BGC area, hm, if a time comes that you'll really open a restaurant or maybe host a Steemit event, I might just come over haha. Really excited to try those dishes.

I saw this post in a group on facebook and it looked delicious. I decided to follow you due to the amazingly put together article, recipe, and photos. You get a 10/10 rating from me!! I have followed you on all of my youtube channels and I will be trying your recipes out and giving shout outs when my VLOG is up and running on Dtube and youtube. I also resteemed this because of how well put together and amazing this looks! Have a nice day!

Hello @ladyreijya I wanna thank you for resteeming my post and for such great compliment. Just wanna let you know that I am very appreciative of your intention to help me out. Upvoted anf Followed back. See you around again. :) Have a nice day too! XOXO

Hello @ladyreijya glad to see you here again. Thanks for your support. I really appreciate it. :-)

Any time 😄

What you do is amazing - I love seeing food and cooking as art. It really is beautiful and I am now starving!

Chicken Parm is really my favorite food. Any time we go to a new restaurant for the first time if they have it I get it. I use it as a test of the restaurant. If it is good we will be back and I am then willing to try other things on on the menu.

Watching this video, I think if you had a restaurant I would be eating nothing but the Chicken Parm.

Thank you very much for making that for me.
Gene

@randomwanderings Wow I can see how much you really love Chicken Parm. I'm glad you liked it. :) If I'm gonna have restaurant, definitely will give you a free Chicken Parm everytime for you and ya fam.

Thanks again! and always see you around.

Depending where you get the chicken, the boneless thigh fillets will have more taste, I think.

@lucyho Yep! I agree. :) Which is why I used thigh cutlet here. Thanks for dropping by Miss Lucy. See you around! :D

Oh my! That looks soo delicious! The doctor is asking me to be tight on my diet so seeing such delicious food is hard but thank you so much for sharing. I know what I am making on my next cheat meal day!

Thanks for the upvote @fitnessnerd :) Cheat meal is fine if you do it moderately as they say. :) But your health is more important. Better use organic and healthy ingredients as a sub and let me know how it goes.
