The pleasures of life are few, one of these is food more than being necessary for our survival over the years the man has managed to develop multiple ways of cooking and gather new flavors, to the point of even combining the art with it, it is more than just a treat for the palate, it is also a delight for the eyes.
A few days ago I had the pleasure of being in a culinary show where amateur chefs made a small presentation of some dishes created by themselves following the foundations of a French meal.
As a starter we had "Salade avocat et crevetes" (salad of avocado and shrimp)
And "Oignons farcis" (stuffed onions)
As a main course we had "Filet of willow au vin rouge et à la pistache" (Tenderloin in red wine and pistachio sauce)
And also "Filet de poisson à la sauce aux amandes" (Fish fillet in almond sauce)
And to end of dessert a delicious "Creme brule"
A day full of pleasures for the palate and for the sight, the art surrounds us whether it is embodied in a paper, sculpted in a stone or even served on a plate.
