Hi papa, I'm planning on having 200 eggs a day by next year. the ones I can't sell fresh i want to pickle and I have some hot peppers too. great idea!
What I really wanted to ask was what is pickling salt. I live in Panama and can get anything shipped here, But would rather buy local. I just have no idea of the specifics of pickling salt.
