There are lot of juices that you can buy at store. These are either powdered or in can. Several studies show that adding more produce to your diet can improve your well-being, yet most of us donβt get enough. Our produce-packed fruit juice and vegetable juice recipes are a delicious way to drink about a quarter of your daily recommended produce intake per glass.
I will show you in this blog what I do every morning before taking our breakfast.
I also have my own recipe, well it's not really my recipe. I just make juice from fruits and vegetables, whatever is available.

AMPALAYA (BITTER GOURD)
Ampalaya leaves and fruits are excellent sources of vitamin B, Iron, Calcium and phosphorus. It is also rich in betacarotene. Ampalaya is used as herbal treatment for diabetes, parasiticide, antipyretic and as purgative among others.
PIPINO (CUCUMBER)

Luya or ginger is claimed to have many medicinal value, from antibacterial, anti- inflamatory to anti nausea and treatment of sore throat.
DALANGHITA (ORANGE)
One orange provides a range of vitamins and minerals; a staggering 130 percent of your vitamin C needs for the day. According to the American Heart Association (AHA), eating higher amounts of a compound found in citrus fruits like oranges and grapefruit may lower ischemic stroke risk for women.
MANSANAS (APPLE)
Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease. They are so colorful. I had a wonderful and fun time making fresh juice. This machine extracts juice from the ingredients put inside. It separates the residue from the liquid.

Why should you start compiling homemade juice recipes?2
Because the juice you make yourself is more nutritious, delicious, and wholesome than the juice you buy at the store, the coffee shop, or Jamba Juice, of course!
You control what goes in and, more importantly, you control what you leave out, like preservatives or too much sugar.
Whatever fruits or vegetables you prefer, you'll find that the following homemade juice recipes are fantastic on their own but still endlessly adaptable.
