糍粑配豆漿真的是絕配!小時候早上總是兩塊糍粑壹碗豆漿就能美美的解決早餐,這些年漂泊在外總是懷念家鄉的味道,好像也就在老家有豆漿配糍粑的早餐搭配。因為很少回家又懷念那個記憶中的味道,我自己琢磨了幾次居然成功了,記錄下來留存怕又給忘了
紅糖炸糍粑的做法 :
鍋中熱適當的水,丟下紅糖,適當攪拌,等紅糖【完全融化冒泡後】盛入小碗中,可以放在熱水中防止凝固。
將糯米糍切成條裝,大約壹厘米寬窄。
拌勻雞蛋液,放入糯米糍裹勻,然後將裹好雞蛋液的糯米糍再裹壹層面包糠。
熱油,大火燒熱之後放入糯米糍,炸壹會兒改中火慢慢炸,等糯米糍變成金黃色有輕微發泡的時候就可以起鍋了。
起鍋後可以將紅糖均勻的倒在面上,或者蘸著吃都可以。
