Chocolate cake: simple recipe#3

To begin, mix the sifted flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder and sugar. Simply mix with a spoon or whip.

Then add the eggs, vanilla, butter, olive oil, milk and vinegar.

Whisking for 3-5 minutes with a mixer. We see that the dough has become smooth and shiny - as if you eat!

Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 250 g
Soda - 1.5 c ..
Salt - 1 c ..
Cocoa powder - 55 g
Eggs - 2 pcs
Sugar - 300 g
Butter (softened) - 60 g
Olive oil (all vegetables) - 60 g
Vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons of vanilla extract) - 2 c ..
Milk - 280 ml
Vinegar (apple, wine, not more than 6%)
