Basket of tomato mimosa with crab: simple Recipe #2

Hello my great family, today I show you Basket of mimosa with tomato crab .
To change a little mimosa eggs. My grandmother often made these tomatoes for the holidays.

Ingredients / for 4 people

4 beautiful ripe but firm tomatoes
1 whole egg
1 large crab crumb box
3 or 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise or cream
salt pepper
A few sprigs of parsley

Preparation of the recipe
Cook the egg 10 minutes to make it harden. Cut the tomatoes by making 2 notches on each side of the peduncle until half the tomato, Then cut perpendicularly on each side so as to remove the 2 quarters to the right and left and to make the handle of the basket.

With a knife, remove the pulp under the handle and empty the tomato with a teaspoon.
We get a nice basket. Salt and pepper the bottom of each basket.

In a small bowl, combine drained crab crumbs with mayonnaise. There must be more crab than mayonnaise.

Fill each basket with the preparation. Finely cut the hard-boiled egg to make the mimosa.

Sprinkle each mimosa basket, stick a sprig of parsley. Keep fresh until ready to serve.

bonus: you can try also with cheese.
