it will give u the positive boost and enrich the freshness of ur mind..!! good to see u r not relying on protein shakes but on natural protein sources. more or less. thos protein shakes always have side effects of body. so its better not to use them frequently...! ๐Ÿ‘Œ

and yes, soda is really a piece of junk..!

i've always preferred coffee over soda. not to mention, soda increase fat too..! good to know the inner story behind this business from a guy who've actual experience of this soda market..!!

I've done two morning workouts so far, and they definitely are the way to go. My energy is a lot higher and more consistent throughout the day, and it negates some of the effects of a poor night's sleep.

yeah, that's why many health specialist suggest morning workout instead of at night...
