Recipe
1 kilo beef, cut in chunks (boil for 2 hours but if you will use pressure cooker just cook for 20 minutes)
2 medium size potato, quartered (fry in 3 minutes)
1 carrot, cut in 1 inch chunks (fry in 3 minutes)
1 garlic head
2 onion, chopped
1 can Reno liver spread or ground liver
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated Eden cheese
1 red bell pepper, flakes
1 piece of red cultivar (siling labuyo), cut into small pieces
3 tablespoon soy sauce
Cooking oil (canola oil preferred if available)
1/4 cup peas
1 1/2 cup water
2 pieces medium size Jumbo hotdog
Salt to taste
Instruction
- Heat a pan or wok, saute 5 cloves of garlic and 1 medium size onion.
- Add the boiled beef and then the 3 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Continue sauteing then add 1/2 cup of water and the soy sauce.
- Boil until it becomes relatively dry and the beef starts to render fat then add 2 tablespoon of vinegar. Boil for 5 minutes then set aside.
- Heat another pan, saute 5 cloves of garlic and 1 medium size onion, 1 piece of red cultivar (siling labuyo).
- Add liver spread, the beef, potatoes, carrots, tomato sauce, peas, 1 cup water, and pickles. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cheese, peanut butter, potato, green olives, and carrots.
- Add the hotdog and simmer for 5 minutes or until the desired thickness is achieved.
- Add the cheese then salt to taste.
- Drop the bell pepper and simmer for 1 minute before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy
