Would love to try them, second time I see a cookie recipe using black beans, very curious! I have not seen coconut sugar here but will improvise. Thank you :)
It's a sign that you should start eating desserts with beans in them! Brown sugar usually works anywhere a recipe calls for coconut sugar. They just come out a little sweeter when you use brown sugar.
