• 60g Azucar
• Extracto de vainilla
• Fresas Grandes 8
• 4 Galletas
• Albahaca
• Verter 150 gramos de queso crema y 60 gramos de azúcar en un bol
• Batir hasta que quede consistente
• Añadir el extracto de vainilla y batir un poco más
• Tomar 8 fresas y limpiarlas
• Retirar el centro de la fresa con una cucharilla pequeña
• Rellenar las fresas con la mezcla de queso crema
• Pulverizar 4 galletas
• Espolvorear galletas en el relleno de la fresa.
• Decorar con una hoja de albahaca fresca
