Power Salad
Easy 4-ingredient salad that can be used as a side dish or all-in-one light meal for every day.

Ingredients:

  • A bag of lettuce (~7oz/200g)
  • 2 cucumbers
  • handful of walnuts
  • 1tbsp olive oil + seasoning for taste

Directions:
Step 1: Add lettuce to a bowl
Step 2: Peel, slice and add cucumber
Step 3: Add olive oil, season and mix
Step 4: Crush and add walnuts
