My sons love smokies. I do too. So when we used to make them we would have a massive amount so we would have some for a few months. The hard salami looks amazing. I am just a wee bit jealous that you have a group of steemians so close together and can learn from each other in a practical way. Where I live I am the only one in the country. It is lonely down here:{
