Ingredients
Soak 3/4 cups and boiled beans
2 tspun olive oil
1 1/2 t-spoon finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup white piece of finely chopped green onions
1 cup half boiled and chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 t-spoon dry red chili flakes
1 t-spoon dry oregano
1 Table-Spoon Tomato Catchip
3 cup basic vegetable stock
salt to taste
For Garnishing
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions leaves
2 table-spoon masalaala cheese (optional)
Method
Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, put the white part of garlic and green onions and fry for 1 minute on medium flame.
Put tomato, chili flakes, oregano and tomato cakes and mix well and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, stirring in between.
Add Rajma, Basic Vegetable Stock and salt and boil well and boil in the middle.
Serve hot with the green onion leaves and cheese.
