@smile4ever... makes me hungry....ha..ha..ha... cooking is fun but if you have perfectionist cooks like my Peranakan elders, it is super tough.
I tried a couple of dishes and with simplicity in thought and trusting my instinct, the dishes came out nice too.
Sometimes I would creatively mix some ingredients together for a dish too! And it often turned out quite delicious as well :D
