ZUC.CCH.ERO’s is a dessert bar which specializes in molecular sweets. They designed and cooked the creative fusion dessert which you have not experience or seen before.

Break the Tear 打破眼涙
Made of Gorgonzola ice-cream | Celery ice | port wine sauce | Walnut & Hazelnut
由Gorgonzola(戈貢佐拉) 製成的冰淇淋| 芹菜冰| 酒醬| 核桃榛子
The tear shell is made out of blown sugar. You break bits of the tear into the base of the dish with a little spoon and that allows you to adjust its sweetness level . The flavors here are unconventional and include celery flavored slushy, Gorgonzola cheese ice cream and wine sauce.
藍色的眼涙外層是用啡糖用分子做出來的。當打破外層之後,藍色外層碎就會跌倒其他的甜品上,你可以透過外層碎多少決定調整甜度。 口感非常特別而且加上芝士雪糕,榛子和酒醬,讓你感受非一般的甜品口感。
