This colorful layered dessert is called halo-halo. Halo-Halo is a popular Filipino dessert with mixtures of shave ice, evaporated milk, boiled sweet beans, sago, gulaman (jelly) and fruits. The halo-halo we ordered can be shared up to 8-10 persons.
It's been always our favorite dessert especially during summer.
It was fun to eat with family and friends.
My son and my niece never failed to ask for a halo-halo treat every weekend except if it's raining. You can definitely tell how excited they are!!!
