Itiak / ayam lado mudo (green ripe chicken)
Material:
1 chicken
5 cloves of garlic
3 cm ginger
4 cm lengkuas geprek
ground spices:
1/4 kg of green chili
10 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
leaves
3 cereal cereal bars
5 orange leaves
3 bay leaves
3 cardamom grains
1 tsp fine coriander
400 ml of coconut milk
to taste salt
Step
Rinse chicken, ungkep with garlic + ginger (puree) + galangal
Ground spices
Saute the finer spices along with the leaves
Enter the chicken that has been diungkep
Add coconut milk, cardamom, coriander, salt, taste test
Cook to remove the oil and the sauce shrinks
