Material:
125grm White glutinous rice flour
50grm Rice flour
130grm Coarse grated coconut
¾sdt Salt
130grm Santan
The oil for frying
Sugar coated ingredients
75grm Granulated sugar
35ml of water
Way:
- Prepare all ingredients, boil coconut milk until slightly warm, set aside.
- Mix sticky rice flour, rice flour, grated coconut and salt in a container, stirring until smooth.
- Add warm coconut milk little by little while stirring or kneading until it becomes a dough that can be formed.
- Then take a little batter for the size of a chicken egg and round it and flatten it a little, continue until the batter runs out.
- Then heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the brittle mixture until cooked (brownish yellow). Remove and drain.
