This crispy shortbread cookie with peanuts is a reminder of childhood.
In our family, they love him very much ... I often bake him ...
different shapes-from big rings to such, mini, which can be
beautifully packaged, presented as a present.
200 g of butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
0.5 tsp soda (extinguished with vinegar)
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2.5-3 cups of flour
a pinch of salt
1 cup peanut
Rub the soft butter with sugar, add eggs (one yolk to separate and
leave for greasing), add vinegar, vinegar, vanillin and flour, knead
the dough. Remove the dough for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Peanut lightly fry in a pan to peel off the skin, then grind (not
much) in a blender. Roll out the dough a little less than 1 cm thick,
cut the mold with a mold, and make a glass in the center.
Put aside the yolk with 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. milk. To make the
rings smooth, I cut the inner circle already on a baking sheet, and
then, having smeared with egg-milk mixture, sprinkled peanuts, lightly
pressing it down.
Put the oven in a preheated oven. Bake cookies 10-15 minutes until
golden brown. Have a nice tea!
hell yeah
looks soo yummy! i want some lol
