1 glass of quick oatmeal
200 g of oil, room temperature
1 cup sugar (preferably brown)
2 eggs

1.5 cups of flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp cinnamon
0,5 cup chopped nuts
0.5 cup raisins
In a large bowl, wipe the softened butter with sugar with a fork (or
mixer), until the mass becomes light and airy. It's important not to
overdo it so that the oil does not curdle, but in this case it's not
scary. Add the eggs, continue to whisk until they are completely
mixed. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, milk and vanilla. At the
end, add the oats, nuts and raisins.
Spread two tablespoons (table) on a greased baking sheet (or lay it
with parchment).
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C until golden brown. The cookies will be
soft. Leave on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before taking them off.
Spread on the grate to dry (to become more crispy). This step can also
be skipped. The principle is that the bottom does not remain on a flat
surface. Can be expanded in rows on the side.
