1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp gelatin
2 cups of fat cream (33% and above)
3 tablespoons Sahara
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
Cool the bowl and cornstarchs for at least 15 minutes before use. Put
water in a small bowl for a microwave. Sprinkle gelatin over water and
allow to dissolve in water for 5 minutes.

room temperature for 10 minutes; The gelatin should be liquid, but not
warm when added to the cream.

cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat only until the coronals leave a
