Buns with cinnamon on kefir

Simple buns with cinnamon from yeast dough. When they get out of the oven, everyone immediately runs into the kitchen.

4.5 tsp (14 g) dry active yeast
4 tablespoons (60 ml) of warm water (45 ° C)
3 tablespoons Sahara
1 1/2 cups (375ml) of kefir
1/2 cup (125 ml) of vegetable oil
4 1/2 cups (675 g) of flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp Soda
100 g butter, melted
1 1/4 cup (250g) of brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon

In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar. Let stand until the yeast wakes up and gets stuck, about 10 minutes. In a small saucepan warm kefir. It should be warm, but not hot.

Add kefir and vegetable oil to the yeast mixture; Stir well. Mix the flour, salt and soda. Add the flour mixture into the liquid in portions of 1 glass until a soft dough turns out. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead 20 times. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.

On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a large rectangle. Put a mixture of brown sugar and butter over the dough, roll it into a roll and pinch the seam. Cut into pieces 3 cm thick and place them upwards on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or cover and put in the refrigerator overnight. If you will bake immediately, preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until browned. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before eating.
