Materials;
-250 grams lean ground beef
-1.5 water cup fine bulgur
-1 piece onion 4 garlic cloves
-4 fresh onions
-2 tablespoon chili pepper
-1 tablespoon tomato slice
-1/2 bunch parsley
-1/2 water glass of olive oil
-1/2 tea glass of water
-1 piece grated tomato
-1 red pepper
-1 pieces of lemon
-1/2 teaspoon bitter red chili pepper
-1 sweet spoon salt
-1 tea spoon black pepper
-1 tea spoon cumin

Key Point;
-For kneading raw meat to stick to your hand and get consistency; you can use ice. As the ice water is slowly attacked, the bulgur and mincing will soon become self-absorbed.

How is it done?

1- Cut the dried onions and garlic finely. Go back over with a knife back like armor. Cut the yellow parts into long thin pieces without taking the white parts of the lemon crust.

2- Take out the cores and pass the red pointed pepper haphazardly through the kitchen robot. Sprinkle fresh onions and parsley very thin.

3- Take the oil-free material you have squeezed twice, to the surface of a raw meatball. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic, pepper crust, tomato slice, lemon crumb fragments, salt, pepper, cumin and red pepper.

4- Knead all the ingredients like meatballs and yoghurt by mixing them with your hands. Cover with a stretch film and stand for 1 hour.

5- At the end of 1 hour, remove the lemon crumb parts. Add a thin bulgur that you can not wash and continue to knead for a long time by pressing it against your palm.

6 - During the kneading process, add the grated tomato and red pepper to the kneading process.

7 - Add your onions and parsley fresh onion. Finally; add olive oil and ½ teaspoon of water according to your wishes and continue kneading until you get a good consistency.

8- Prepare the pieces of fresh raw meatballs and tuck them with your hands in your palm. After serving, serve with greens. Share with your loved ones.

BON APPETIT :)
