"Boh Janeng" Delicious Food

Janeng or "boh janeng" (Aceh language) may have been commonplace in the ears of Acehnese people, but the people of this world must be unique. Tuber with the Latin name Dioscorea Hispida is said to be an ancestral food alternative during the war in Aceh. With simple tools and spices, "boh janeng" (Aceh language) is boiled for food. Solutions to overcome hunger during the war hit Aceh when rice, sago, and corn are hard to come by.

Now, "boh janeng" (Aceh language) can be consumed in a more interesting and comfortable way. Aceh's Environment and Forestry Agency (DLHK) Aceh has begun processing "boh janeng" (Aceh language) into a variant of delicious food and can be processed into fried noodles, fried rice, Apam (Aceh Language), Murtabak or martabak Turkey, Es campur, Tumpeng rice and even tempting pizza.
