Hi @bruckdashel. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate it. I will get the recipes from my mum tomorrow. The curries were mutton and chicken. I will also get you my mums' masala mix. That's the key to the flavor. Thank you so much for your support!
Masala is always the key to flavor! I love grinding up curry powders :-)
You perfectly correct! By grinding your own spices , you will truly appreciate the actually flavor of the different spices, indian food doesn't need to be spicy hot , its better to be spicy in flavor. I will nag my mum for her mix. Everyone has their own special mix, which they always think is the best lol :)
