Not a long time ago, a sea bream was caught while swimming in the Mediterranean Sea.
Linda was her name...Actually, there's no story of any ambitious fish who wants to socialize with vegetables. What I wanted to write about was, instead, a delicious fish recipe.
Main Ingredients
What do we need for it?
Well, a sea bream...
Fresh artichokes (five, at least)
Boiled potatoes (five, as well)
Preparation
A lot of Italian dishes start with SOFFRITTO -that's how's written in Italian -, this one as well.
Cut 1/2 onion into small pieces and place it in a large pan with a base of olive oil and a hint of chilli, as you can see in the picture above. At this stage, you should have already prepared your artichokes...If you want to know how I explained everything here.
Add them to the pan, cook it for a little while and then place your fresh sea bream (previously disemboweled), like in the picture below.
Give it 5 to 10 minutes...
Then add some white wine.
Meanwhile, slice the potates...
After 20 minutes cooking, place everything on a bigger tray and add the potatoes. Cook everything for 10 more minutes...
And serve it! Enjoy!

The Parmigiana sandwich would be awesome =) =) =)
It would. You should enter Steemit Sandwich Contest :)
I'll be traveling for work the next week, but I definitely wanna join it! =)
I'd look forward to seeing what you bring to the table. From the looks of it, you've got some great food ideas. And tbh this week is our first ever theme: Vegan Style.
Not sure your The Parmigiana would do to well lol.
I'd say join for week 23 if you can get to it.
Safe travels my man!
It looks delicious!
