I've only had 1 drink in the past 15 months since I've been on keto and it was vodka. As some point, I will and I think your tips are great and spot on for someone who wants to enjoy alcohol once in a while in moderation.

Yeah, reality is sometimes we need to adjust to our social patterns otherwise life becomes a bit dull. Now i'm experimenting more on going on and off more consistently but correcting it through IF . Seems to work very very well @bodyinbeta
