If there is no pollock, replace it with another fish or minced meat. In any case, cutlets will be ready in just half an hour. Extra time can be spent unless defrosting the fish.

Ingredients
- Bread 150 g
- Milk 150-200 ml
- Dill taste
- Pollock fillet 700 g
- Bow 1 piece
- Egg 1 piece
- Salt taste
- Pepper taste
- Flour 5 tbsp. spoons
- Starch 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Steps for cooking
Soak bread in 5–7 minutes in milk or water, then squeeze slightly. Finely chop the dill.
Better to take stale bread.․Skip the fish twice through a meat grinder, add onions a second time.
You can simply chop the onion finely with a knife.
․Mix the minced meat with bread, dill, egg, salt and pepper.
Form small patties and roll each in a mixture of flour and starch.
Fry the patties for 5-10 minutes on each side.
