I like the way your mother cooks and I ask you to pass on my congratulations! And I still have to go to light food ... How many times I see the food you present ... I want to cook. Very beautiful presentation and I'm convinced it's very tasty. I'll try to make an adaptation to my ingredients. Thank you very much!

I am glad you like it..truth be told the A to Z of cooking is good ingredients.. luckily mediterranean countries have plenty!
