Simple easy, but it does require a blue cheese sauce from a previous post, here you can find the link;

Ingredients
- 2 Brioche buns
- 8 Rashers of bacon
- Half a cup of the blue cheese sauce
1 - Get the bacon on baking paper and into the oven at 180. i use baking paper as it soaks up some of the grease.
2 - Cook until soft and tender but not crispy.
3 - Cut brioche buns and prepare as below with cooked bacon.
4 - Wrap the buns in aluminium and put in oven for 8 to 10 min at 180 degrees.
