I love Longhorn Steakhouse steaks. A few years ago I was eating at our local one in Sarasota, Florida when a corporate big wig who was in town doing a store visit came up to our table and asked how our overall experience was at Longhorn. During our conversation I mentioned how much I like their "Prairie Dust" steak seasoning and by the time we were settling up our server gave me a 5 pound unmarked bag of it as a gift from that table visitor. Here we are about 3 years later and I'm still enjoying it on steaks and standing rib roasts.
