The weather prophets were right this time. Woke up to snow.
Nothing but footprints, and ski trails.
Happy flying in the snow.
When it snows make some Snow Cream.
Vanilla Snow Cream
Using only three ingredients:
- Eight cups of fresh white snow
- Ten ounces of sweetened condensed milk
- One teaspoon of real vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, using a wooden spoon, or whatever you have. Mix it until the texture gets right. Add more snow, and other ingredients to suit your taste. (The sprinkles are optional.)
This is surprisingly tasty, fun, and easy to make. Big kids, and little kids will love it!

smog in my area goes to 300-500% of acceptable amount in my region sometimes
I love snow ice cream. It takes me back to my childhood. Most years we don't get enough snow for it so it's a rare but special treat.
I know... I was just thinking that same thing! About childhood, I mean.
