Materials And Spices Required
Main ingredients
1 duck duck is cut into pieces
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tbsp of tamarind water
1 tsp coriander roasted and mashed
1 galangal segment contaminated
2 bay leaves
8 cloves of red onion
5 cloves garlic mashed
5 grains of pecan
1 tsp salt
2 half liters of coconut water
right amount of oil
HOW TO MAKE A PRESTO FERTILE DUCK:
Spread the duck with finely spiced and then put into pressure cooker and give 1/3 of coconut water, sugar, acid water, galangal, bay leaf until the pot goes off for 30 minutes.
Put back the remaining 1/3 of coconut water for about 20 minutes and repeat again until the coconut water runs out and then remove and chill.
Fried duck that has been cooked presto had to dry so it tastes crunchy and tasty. Lift and serve this tender fried duck along with chili paste and warm rice.
