I'm sure you guessed milk and sugar, but sperm? Not, really but soft serve contains guar gum which is the endosperm of the guar bean. It also contains a ton of emulsifiers and stabilizers that help it keep its texture. I avoid sugary things all together but this has given me a new reason to specifically avoid soft serve ice cream.
