Overloaded chocolate chip walnut cookies!

Cookies are the best accompaniment to be make with milk or coffee. But what if they're make with an overdose of chocolate? Let's find out!
Today I'm going to show you guys a very interesting recipe of chocolate chip walnut cookies.

To begin with, take half a cup of soft butter and add three-forth cup of castor sugar.

Whisk the butter and sugar till it is nice and fluffy. The more white and fluffy it is, the better your cookies. It is very important that the butter should be at room temperature and soft so it makes the mixing easier.

Now, to this mixture, add an egg and some vanilla essence and again blend it nice and soft. Once this is done, add 1½ cup of refined flour along with ¼ cup of cocoa powder and a half tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt.


And you wanna fold this with a spatula with the butter mixture. Do not mix or blend. Just keep folding it in till it is nicely incorporated. Now your dough is ready. To the dough add chopped walnuts and a lot of choco chips because it's gonna be overloaded.

And then take a tray lined with butter paper and start laying down your cookie dough in any shape of pattern you want. I'm going for a normal round cookie.

Place the tray in your preheated over at 180°C for around 10-12 minutes.

Now our delicious overloaded chocolate chip walnut cookies are ready. A perfect cookie for a chocolate lover.
