Beef Steak with Lemon & Honey Sauce

Ingredients:

300 Beef under Cut
3 Potatoes
1 Carrot
50 gm Cauliflower
10 gm Beans
10 gm Sweet Corn
10 gm Black Olive
10 gm Mushroom
1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
1 TSP White Pepper Powder
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Mustard Paste
1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TSP Thyme
2 TBSP Cooking Oil
1 TBSP Oregano
50 gm Butter
1 TBSP Maida
½ Cup Water
½ TSP Yellow food color
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Honey

Cooking Method:

  1. First of all cut the beef in long slices
  2. Next, in a bowl add beef slices, Salt, Black Pepper powder, Mustard Paste, Worcestershire Sauce, Thyme and mix these all ingredients. Keep this mixture into the fridge for 30 Minutes
  3. Now it’s time for grilling. Take a grill apply cooking oil at the grill. Let it some hot
  4. Keep the marinated beef steak at the grill. Cook it for 15 Minutes then take it off from the grill
  5. Now take a pan. Add Butter; let it warm for a while. After this add boiled mixed vegetables, Salt, White Pepper Powder, Oregano and cook it for 2 Minutes
  6. Your Tasty Beef Steaks with Honey & Lemon are ready to serve

Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Serve: 2 People

Lemon & Honey Sauce

  1. Add butter and Maida in a pan, let them brown
  2. Then add water, White Pepper Powder (1 TSP), Salt, Chicken Powder, Yellow Color and cook it for 2 Minutes
  3. Next, Add Lemon Juice, Honey and stir it for a while
  4. Lemon & Honey Sauce is ready
