However, along with the enormous amount of information, problems such as childhood obesity, morbid obesity and diseases like Diabetes, for example, persist and worsen.
I am not a Nutritionist, i'm just curious about this.
Today I remembered to speak to you in a concept related to these questions: they call it emotional hunger.
It is triggered by a desire or a need to eat, difficult to control. Usually, it pops up suddenly. It is accompanied by the feeling that it has to be satisfied immediately and is usually sated only by the ingestion of caloric foods rich in sugar and / or fat.
That's exactly what happened to me today.
The day started badly and I "revenged myself" at lunch:
