Coconut milk jam sold in Singapore is very addictive.
I'm addicted to this Kaya Jam... If I buy one, I'm really getting rid of it in two weeks...!! Hahaha But this kaya jam is cheap in Singapore, it's 2000 won, but in Korea it's roughly 6,000 won per bottle. So I made it myself! Making Singapore Kaya Jam is easier than you think! Prepare a suitable pot, pour water,
put a stainless ball on top of it, and boil it with a heavy bath.
At this time, let the stainless ball hang over the entrance of the pot so that the ball can float in the air. If the bottom of the pot touches the bottom of the pot, the jam temperature may rise too! (It's not a stainless ball, but you can use two pots overlapping)

Stir hard now.
You have to doze for about 40-50 minutes, but
stir once every 2-3 minutes!
Don't be too afraid to
stir, this is just a light stir , so it doesn't take much effort and it's 10000 times easier than sweet coffee

At this time, please make sure the jam never boils!!
The reason I boil it in a medium bath in the first place is to prevent the jam from boiling.
The proper temperature is between 75 and 85 degrees!
It's best if you have a thermometer, but if you don't, just keep it boiling.
When boiling over low heat, it doesn't boil well.

If it is made without lumps, you can put it in a glass bottle as it is, but
if you have a lump like me, grind it in a blender for about 10 seconds.

Put it in small portions in a glass bottle or side dish container and you're done!!

refrigerator overnight and eat it :)

I have made various jams such as fruit jam, milk jam, etc., but
I never thought Kaya jam would be so easy!
I thought
it would be difficult to make it because it was an unfamiliar jam, but it's easy to get the ingredients except the judging leaves. Just measure the ingredients and keep stirring.

Apply the kaya jam to the toasted bread,
