Rainbow cookies are one of my favorite cakes for baking and to eat. This rainbow cookies is perfect for tea time or you can serve it with whipped cream and berries as a dessert.

■ Ingredients:

1. 250 gr butter.

2. 200 gr wheat flour.

3. 175 gr sugar caster.

4. 100 ml egg whites.

5. 50 gr cornstarch.

6. 1/4 of the emplek tea blot.

7. Food coloring (Red, yellow, green, blue, orange, purple).

1. Prepare the baking pan. but previously put butter on the pan. Then wheat flour, corn flour, emplex and set aside.

2. Beat sugar and butter in the mixer until creamy. then put in the egg whites and turn them all together. Add flour as well as spatula back to evenly.

3. Divide dough into several parts and place each dye on each side. Use only a little color because the color will stick to cooked cookies.

4. Prepare a plastic bag and put the colored dough in a plastic bag for each different color. cut the plastic bag end and pipe over the pan.

5. Lastly. bake in oven at 150°C for about 20 minutes or until cooked.

6. Serve in cold condition.
