So there is some fact about food:
- pectin which is found in apple can reduce cholesterol about 16%
- if you eat an orange before turning it will prevent muscle inflammation
- to increase the entry vitamin C, pepper is a very good choice
- pear is good for gout disease and if you have a problem with the kidney.
-bananas are known as,, happy fruit'' because it decreases negative feelings
